Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

1. Estimates and Proposals

All written estimates provided by AA Quality Floors remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Changes in material specifications, structural subfloor discoveries, or client scope modifications will be agreed upon in writing.

2. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a written 1-year workmanship warranty on labor, structural adhesion, and finish application. This warranty does not cover pre-existing foundation structural settling, catastrophic water leaks, or improper homeowner maintenance.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable local building codes in Macomb and Oakland counties.
